Terms & Conditions

Guidelines, rights, and responsibilities governing your use of Learnlists, submissions, and directory showcase features.

SECTION 01

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, or browsing Learnlists, or by submitting web design projects through our portal, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please do not use the service.

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

SECTION 02

2. Submissions & Creator Ownership

Creators, agencies, and builders retain 100% intellectual property ownership of their submitted websites, artwork, codebases, and brand assets.

License Granted to Learnlists:

By submitting a website URL to Learnlists, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to capture screenshots, record short interface previews, display metadata, and index your website within our public curation directory, newsletters, and social media channels for promotional and archival purposes.

Our editorial jury retains sole discretion over which submissions are accepted, categorized, or featured. We do not guarantee feature placement for any submission.

SECTION 03

3. Intellectual Property & Showcase Rights

The Learnlists logo, visual brand system, curation rankings, and layout structure are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party brand marks, website screenshots, and trademarked logos displayed within our directory remain the property of their respective creators and organizations.

Website previews are presented under transformative fair use for non-commercial commentary, education, design critique, and directory discovery.

SECTION 04

4. Acceptable Platform Use

You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with Learnlists services, including:

  • Submitting malicious URLs, phishing portals, malware distribution sites, or illegal content.
  • Deploying automated scrapers, denial-of-service bots, or high-concurrency requests that degrade platform performance.
  • Bypassing honeypot anti-spam mechanisms or client-side rate limits.
  • Misrepresenting affiliation with companies or attempting to claim false ownership of third-party designs.
SECTION 06

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learnlists and its maintainers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or inability to access services.

SECTION 07

7. Content Removal & DMCA Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and wish to have a website preview removed, updated, or re-credited, we honor all verified requests expeditiously.

Please email legal@learnlists.com with:

  1. The specific Learnlists catalog URL of the featured entry.
  2. Proof of domain ownership or copyright authorization.
  3. Your requested action (removal, credit update, URL modification).
